Introduce the working principle and structural advantages of jointer glue joint bits
Jointer bits, also named glue joint bits, are professional milling cutters for wood panel splicing and tenon joint forming. Unlike ordinary cutting bits, jointer bits create interlocking tenon structures on board edges, allowing two wood panels to fit tightly and perfectly.
Common jointer bit designs include T-type tooth, taper tooth, arc tooth and square tooth styles. Each structure provides strong mechanical occlusion after splicing. The joint surface is large and uniform, greatly improving bonding strength after gluing.
Jointer bits are widely used for solid wood floor splicing, large wall panel assembly, cabinet door panel joining and furniture board widening. They replace traditional simple flat splicing, effectively solving problems such as loose joints, deformation and cracking in long-term use.
